Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide excellent customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products and services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused approach to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
