About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Pack Trial and error and Examination group, which plays a critical role in supporting the Disney Pack and driving business growth. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Data Operations, to provide high-quality, actionable insights that inform business decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them
• Develop and maintain a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to timely and relevant data insights
• Perform in-depth pattern analysis, assessing the contributions of various drivers and identifying opportunities for growth
• Define and investigate target audience segments to drive Pack growth and engagement
• Work with other Examination groups to gather and integrate data from various sources, creating a comprehensive and actionable story

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:

• Four-year college degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on analytical experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
• Ability to work with large data sets, interpret data patterns, and utilize a variety of data sources and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations
• Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
• Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing A/B/MVT test builds

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following preferred capabilities would be beneficial for this role:

• Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
• Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry
