Experienced Customer Service Representative – Tax Season Support

Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing courteous and efficient customer support via phone and video (less than 15%) during the busy tax season
- Resolving TurboTax sign-in issues and answering inquiries about amending tax returns, e-file rejections, printing/saving returns, tax refunds, and return status
- Providing helpful links to relevant TurboTax support articles
- Meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and first-call resolution
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude even during high-demand periods
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Reliability and dependability, especially during high-demand periods leading up to and after Tax Day
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Comfort working independently in a remote work environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay calm and collected when dealing with customers who may be experiencing stress
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to commit to working during the tax season peak periods (February through April)
