Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring efficient product delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to existing and potential customers to address their needs and explore sales opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of their requirements and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Account Management: Serve as an internal account coordinator for designated accounts, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order processing.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with new clients to expand our customer base, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Order Management: Provide accurate quotes, enter orders into the system, and follow up on transactions to ensure timely and quality delivery of customer orders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales team to share insights on potential sales leads, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Logistics Support: Liaise with logistics as needed to ensure efficient product delivery, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Team Support: Support fellow Inside Sales Representatives in managing and growing their accounts, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Product Recommendations: Recommend suitable products to customers based on their requirements, staying up-to-date on market trends and product developments.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms, providing ongoing support and consultation to clients.
  • Product Promotion: Distribute product samples and catalogs to interested customers, promoting arenaflex's products and services.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitors' activities, gathering insights to inform business decisions.
  • Credit Management: Gather credit information on prospective clients and facilitate order processing, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with retail partners to enhance product visibility and promotion, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Resolution: Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction, upholding a high standard of customer service to reinforce client loyalty.
  • Order Entry: Enter orders efficiently using SAP software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (Advanced level).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles, with a strong track record of success.
  • Call Center Experience: Experience in call centers, particularly for bilingual campaigns, is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening abilities and critical thinking.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Location

This position is exclusively open to residents of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, with a remote work arrangement that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
