Key Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Client Advocacy: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide in-depth training and guidance on the usage and functionality of our web-based applications and tools.
  • Onboarding and Provisioning: Set new clients up for success by quickly and properly provisioning new services and guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • Trend Identification and Communication: Identify trends in client needs and requests, effectively communicating those to the Product Development team to improve our product offerings.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create, modify, and publish internal and external documentation as needed to enhance the client experience.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with Account Managers to improve the client experience and maximize retention, and contribute to special customer service initiatives.
  • Adaptability and Continuous Improvement: Think creatively to improve the platform internally and externally for the business and for clients, and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
