About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist to join our team at arenaflex's Fontana, CA location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Converting hard copies to electronic images
- Preparing and scanning documents accurately and efficiently
- Meeting production goals, with a minimum of 120 to 150 files per day
- Inputting a large volume of data into the system accurately while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless document processing
Requirements and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10-key proficiency and experience
- Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not consistently climate controlled
- Physical requirements and environment: ability to stand for several hours, lift boxes weighing up to 80 - 90 pounds
- Medical records experience is preferred, though not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,200.00 - $50,300.00 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes:
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
