Job Summary
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing our agency through value-based conversations, and making a positive impact on people's lives. You will work closely with our agents to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Growth: Grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members
- Customer Interactions: Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions
- Cross-Sell and Customer Service Goals: Work with the agent to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals
- Strong Work Ethic: Exhibit a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
- Position: Approximately 90% service, 10% sales
Requirements
* Insurance Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in insurance customer service
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to Learn: Possess a willingness to learn and be teachable (no egos please)
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License: MUST HAVE a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License
