We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our innovative team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our applications. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud. Your expertise will be vital in delivering efficient solutions that enhance our client's experience. You will work closely with US-based clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Responsibilities: - Work closely with US-based clients to understand their Service Cloud needs and provide expert guidance on best practices and out-of-the-box solutions. - Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to align with client's business processes and requirements. - Ensure all modifications are thoroughly documented to maintain a comprehensive repository and SOP guides for the sustaining team. - Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to extend Service Cloud functionality. - Ensure seamless integration between Service Cloud and other Salesforce clouds or external systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve Service Cloud issues, providing timely and effective support. - Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and Service Cloud updates to leverage new features and functionalities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices. - Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication. - Engage with stakeholders, elicit business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Skill Set: - Salesforce Service Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of Service Cloud features, capabilities, and best practices. Ability to leverage out-of-the-box solutions to maximize efficiency and meet client needs. - Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Proficient in configuring Service Cloud and building custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to tailor the platform to specific business requirements. - Client-Facing Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with US-based clients, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions. Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with stakeholders, elicit business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment, handling multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
