Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for process improvements. Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including financial systems, customer data, and market research
- Identify trends and patterns in the data and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience with advanced data analysis tools, such as R or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
- Certification in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field
