Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
  • Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve our services
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Windows, internet browsers, and software applications
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years or older

  • Currently residing in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10.0 MBPS and upload speed of 5.0 MBPS
  • A PC or laptop with a current and supported MS Windows 11 Operating System, processor, RAM, and hard disk space (see below for minimum technical requirements)
  • Wired USB headset and keyboard with function keys (F-Keys)
  • Webcams and dual monitors are recommended but not required

Minimum Technical Requirements

* A PC or laptop with: + Current and supported MS Windows 11 Operating System (No Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP) + Processor: AMD 2.1GHZ or higher or INTEL 1.8GHZ or higher + 4GB RAM or installed memory + 10GB of Free Hard Disk Space

  • Dedicated High Speed Internet:

+ Internet Download Speed: 4.0 MBPS + Internet Upload Speed: 2.0 MBPS + Wired Internet with a cable connection (Dial-up, Wi-Fi, Hotspots, and Satellite are not allowed)

Training Requirements

* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST

  • 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
  • Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
