[Remote] Remote Customer Service & Inbound Sales Representative

This role involves answering inbound calls, guiding customers through loan applications, and delivering exceptional service in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers who have already expressed interest in loan products
- Guide customers through the application process and answer questions along the way
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Follow up with customers to help complete pending applications
- Deliver exceptional service through phone and written communication
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account information
- Achieve individual and team performance goals
Skills
- Customer service experience required
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with goals and metrics
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Call center experience preferred
- Sales experience or interest in a performance-driven environment preferred
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment
