[Remote] Remote Customer Service & Inbound Sales Representative

PrincePerelson and Associates is partnering with an innovative financial technology company to hire Customer Service & Inbound Sales Representatives. This role involves answering inbound calls, guiding customers through loan applications, and delivering exceptional service in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers who have already expressed interest in loan products
• Guide customers through the application process and answer questions along the way
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally
• Follow up with customers to help complete pending applications
• Deliver exceptional service through phone and written communication
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account information
• Achieve individual and team performance goals

Skills

• Customer service experience required
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with goals and metrics
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
• Call center experience preferred
• Sales experience or interest in a performance-driven environment preferred
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment
