Job Summary
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, while also ensuring the quality and integrity of our data. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors, and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in your work.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify data from source documents according to established procedures and rules
- Verify data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits to make corrections, additions, or deletions as appropriate
- Search entire application while assembling file in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines
- Complete timesheets on a weekly basis
- Follow standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements
- Perform other job-related duties as required
- Work with clearly defined procedures
- Acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks
Qualifications
* High school graduate or equivalent
- Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
- Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
- Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
- Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments
- Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics
- High-speed internet capability
- Must be a U.S. citizen

Preference given to those currently living in the geographic regions (and surrounding areas) listed below:
- Pittsburgh, PA
- Aiken, SC
- Des Moines, IA
- Greater Philadelphia area
Training Class
Training classes will be scheduled approximately 2 months after candidates complete pre-employment testing, interview, and necessary Government background investigations/clearance process.
