As a User Support Specialist (Live Chat) on our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our creators and their subscribers receive exceptional support, allowing them to focus on what matters most – creating engaging content.

Join arenaflex's High-Impact Support Team

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic User Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. As a key member of our Support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our growing user base via live chat and email. With a flexible Tuesday-Saturday schedule, you'll have the freedom to balance your work and personal life while making a meaningful impact on our community.

Responsibilities

As a User Support Specialist (Live Chat), your day-to-day will consist of:

  • Providing friendly, expert support to arenaflex creators and their subscribers via live chat and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their concerns.
  • Live chat coverage: up to 50% of your time (or 4 hours per shift), providing real-time assistance to our users.
  • Daily team meetings: up to 20% of your time, contributing to team operations and collaborating with colleagues to drive support excellence.
  • Email support: the remaining time, providing in-depth support to users via email.
  • Collaborating closely with the Support team and other colleagues across arenaflex to solve user concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrating urgency and discernment when escalating user issues and feedback to Engineering, Product, and other teams.
  • Staying informed about product and company updates by being a frequent user of the arenaflex app.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for helping others and finding solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in speech and writing.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or Product teams, including experience with live channels.
  • The ability to provide solutions for a wide variety of technical support challenges.
  • Alignment with arenaflex's mission to build a new economic engine for culture and experience as an arenaflex subscriber (experience as a creator is a plus!).
  • Zendesk and Stripe experience is a plus.
  • Direct experience with coding languages (JavaScript and HTML) and third-party APIs (Stripe) is a plus.

What We Offer

arenaflex's compensation package includes:

  • A market-competitive salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (final offer amounts determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise).
