What You'll Do As a Customer Support Representative on our Veterinary Assistance team, you'll be responsible for: * Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests * Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues * Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's healthcare software * Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders * Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike * Being open to learning and growth, with a willingness to share feedback and receive input in a culture of continuous improvement * Communicating with veterinary facilities via phone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts * Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client phone contacts What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) * The ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes) * A strong work ethic, with a willingness to take ownership and be a self-starter * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * A high school diploma or equivalent * The ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (where applicable) * Strong decision-making skills * Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to new situations * Ability to move to a different schedule and stay at work longer than required, as needed by the specialty unit * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information * Ability to pass a background check * A strong commitment to punctuality and attendance Join Our Team If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do
