Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Applied Scientist II, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching and developing LLM-based chatbots and conversational AI systems for customer service applications, leveraging the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI.
- Designing and implementing state-of-the-art NLP and ML models for tasks such as language understanding, dialogue management, and response generation, ensuring high-quality and robust performance of the chatbots.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate LLM-based solutions into arenaflex's customer service platforms, driving seamless customer experiences.
- Developing and implementing strategies for data collection, annotation, and model training to ensure high-quality and robust performance of the chatbots, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI.
- Conducting experiments and evaluations to measure the performance of the developed models and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the advancement of the field through research and publications.
- Staying current with industry trends and advancements, exploring opportunities to incorporate new techniques and technologies into arenaflex's customer service solutions, and collaborating with internal and external research communities.

Essential Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 2+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience
Preferred Qualifications
* PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 3+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience
