Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team, providing technical support to our corporate customers worldwide. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and providing expert technical guidance to ensure seamless product adoption and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and issues via live chat, phone, or email, following established guidelines and protocols to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues related to our products and services, providing expert technical guidance to customers to resolve their issues efficiently
  • Utilizing internal tools to conduct technical walkthroughs and demos, assisting customers in navigating and following instructions to solve their issues and use our products effectively
  • Documenting case information and updating our Product Knowledge base to ensure that both customers and internal teams have access to accurate and up-to-date information
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and goals, providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience with our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • English language proficiency at C1 level (CEFR) or equivalent to IELTS 7.0
  • At least one year of experience in a related field, such as:

+ Shopify + HTML & CSS + UI/UX + Page builder products or similar tools in SaaS/E-commerce

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with customers of all personality types
  • Good CS Mindset/Skillset, with the ability to calm and handle customers in difficult/urgent/critical situations, prioritize different customer support levels, and evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working with foreign customers and colleagues, leveraging Business English Communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile Framework and customer-centric mindset
  • Experience with product design, web development, or related fields
