Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on spelling and grammar
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
  • Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

* Spanish/English bilingual (a plus)

  • Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
