Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
  • Evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into our systems
  • Maintaining high levels of productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

Key Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED (education verification is not required)

  • 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment
  • Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

* 1 year customer service experience

  • 6 months data entry experience in an office environment
  • Experience working with various lines of business, i.e., CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

Work Environment:

As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from home after completing our 8-week training period. However, you'll be required to work fully onsite during training and must be able to maintain high levels of productivity and quality standards to continue working remotely. Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MT, and we expect all team members to adhere to this schedule.
