Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Base salary range: $153,000-$234,000
- Bonus and stock awards

Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Conveying critical knowledge to clients, driving navigation, and facilitating specific activities
- Serving as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
- Analyzing complex data and identifying trends and patterns
- Developing and delivering reports and briefings to clients and stakeholders
- Presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Essential Qualifications:
* Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment
- Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover
- Experience in partner management, driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds, including executives
- US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
- Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
- Ability to correlate raw data from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings
- Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to take on complex, ambiguous topics, develop strategies, and influence stakeholders
