Key Responsibilities & Duties

As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Outstanding Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring that every interaction is professional, empathetic, and tailored to their needs.
  • Planning & Selling Travel Services: Arrange transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel-related services based on client needs, advising them on destinations, travel dates, costs, and accommodations to help them make informed decisions.

  • Troubleshooting & Resolving Issues: Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Maintaining Customer Records: Document customer interactions, process accounts, and file relevant documents, following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you'll need:
