Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatch to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dispatching service technicians, and handling customer complaints and concerns. Key Responsibilities
* Field incoming calls to increase sales and traffic for most efficient and effective services
- Interview customers by phone to obtain all necessary information to provide the best service
- Track sales and make regular reports to management
- Handle customer complaints and customer concerns with billing or service
- Dispatch Service Technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle Technician issues and resolve any conflicts or concerns
- Track job tickets and time records and make regular reports to management
- Follow-up on timely commercial collections and payments
- Follow-up with customers to ensure on-time and satisfactory service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or dispatch environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and dispatch software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the plumbing or drain cleaning industry
- Knowledge of plumbing and drain cleaning services and products
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with dispatch software and technology
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
