Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling cash
• Engaging in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales

Skills and Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of retail sales practices and customer service principles

• Experience with cash registers and POS systems is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and change calculation
• Ability to perform retail math for inventory management tasks
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
