Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Scheduler/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements: You will work closely with customers to book flights, hotels, and car rentals, ensuring that their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.
  • Providing information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories: You will be the go-to expert for customers seeking information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information to ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints: You will handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Coordinating with other departments: You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers, including coordinating with our travel booking systems and software.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations: You will stay current on industry trends and changes in travel regulations, ensuring that you are always equipped to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
