Job Summary

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our global audience through live chat. You'll engage with customers, troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues, and offer tailored recommendations to improve their experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues, technical problems, and billing inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding arenaflex services, subscriptions, and content availability, and offer tailored recommendations to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, patience, and empathy when handling customer queries, and document interactions accurately and follow internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, and provide expert knowledge to customers.

Requirements

* Previous customer service experience, especially in live chat or support, is preferred.

  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, clear, and concise tone.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services is a plus but not required.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
