Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general queries.
  • Assisting customers in navigating arenaflex's website and mobile app.
  • Resolving issues related to ticketing, baggage, refunds, and loyalty program accounts.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating records in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
