The Role

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and personalized experience for Card Members, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional and memorable. You will be the ambassador of arenaflex, working closely with our team to create innovative solutions, resolve issues, and exceed customer expectations. Your passion for delivering extraordinary service, combined with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and providing access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception, setting the tone for an exceptional experience

• Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable
• Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and fostering a lifelong relationship with arenaflex
• Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations that exceed their expectations
• Providing travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, helping Card Members plan their next adventure
• Accommodating needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a high-quality experience in the lounge

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering extraordinary service, with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for customer issues, with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional results
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred, with a strong understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences
