Experienced Customer Service Representative – Amazon Locker+ Returns Associate

Job Overview
As an Amazon Locker+ Returns Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience when it comes to package delivery and returns. You'll work in designated retail locations, where you'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers with their queries, resolving issues, and making their day a little brighter. Your role will involve receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, and using technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery
- Assist customers with questions they may have, resolving issues and making their day a little brighter
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, providing solutions and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
- Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and ensure that packages are processed efficiently
Physical Demands
As an Amazon Locker+ Returns Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and may be required to go up and down stairs (where applicable).
Work Schedule
As a part-time associate, you'll be required to work a minimum of 4 hours and up to 20 hours per week, with flexible schedules that can include Tuesday and Thursday one week, Wednesday and Saturday another. Shifts will follow various operating business hours, averaging 3-4 hours and including weekends, weekdays, daytime, and evenings, based on availability and business needs.
