Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and updating product information into our warehouse management system (WMS). You'll work closely with our warehouse staff to ensure timely production and labeling of goods, and troubleshoot minor printing errors or issues with labeling machines.
Responsibilities
* Enter and update product information into the WMS with precision and accuracy
- Review and verify data before printing to ensure consistency with inventory records
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely production and labeling of goods
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor printing errors or issues with labeling machines
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations
- Track label printing inventory and notify management when supplies are low
Requirements
* Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to operate label printing machines and other warehouse equipment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Overtime is mandatory when called; shifts may be 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, including some weekends
