Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:
- Entering customer and account data from source documents: You'll be responsible for accurately entering customer and account data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Entering new SKUs and pricing in the system: You'll be responsible for entering new SKUs and pricing into our system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material: You'll be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, ensuring that all information is accurate and reliable.
- Uploading documents/backup records in the Salesforce system: You'll be responsible for uploading documents and backup records into the Salesforce system, ensuring that all information is secure and easily accessible.
- Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process: You'll be responsible for monitoring the aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process, ensuring that all payments are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reconciling Purchase Orders: You'll be responsible for reconciling Purchase Orders, ensuring that all orders are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conducting a hard count of product labels, on a weekly basis: You'll be responsible for conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, ensuring that all labels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence: You'll be responsible for providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Skills/Abilities
To be successful as a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities:
- Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access): You'll need to be proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access.
