What you will do as a Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll take ownership of resolving client and talent concerns with professionalism and streamlining processes to ensure seamless operations. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Critically analyzing and responding to queries from our customers and their employees
  • Proactively tracking requests and ensuring they are 100% resolved – owning your work from A to Z
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, building trust and strong relationships with clients and talents
  • Taking ownership of customer requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
  • Assisting in improving our internal processes and knowledge system
  • Advocating for customer needs internally, driving continuous improvements in processes

What we are looking for

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • Fluency in English – written and spoken
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships
  • Effective collaboration skills, able to support other team members
  • Ability to monitor the progress of your requests and anticipate roadblocks
  • Resilience in times of pressure
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • A quiet environment for making calls and a reliable internet connection
