Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner, setting the tone for an exceptional experience
- Providing concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations as required
- Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Recording customer preferences in arenaflex's internal system, ensuring personalized experiences
- Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft, ensuring seamless operations
- Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Partnering with the line service team to meet and exceed customer service expectations
- Maintaining a neat and organized work area, including the front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities

Competencies
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A customer-focused mindset, with excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and point of sale programs
- Basic mathematical knowledge, with attention to detail
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by arenaflex's insurance policy (Requires a clean driving record)
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus, but not required
Work Environment
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a professional environment that may include exposure to various weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.
Physical Demands
This role requires:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Standing to greet customers during verbal exchanges
- Walking throughout the facility to interact with customers
- Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a non-exempt position, with shift work that requires working evenings, weekends, and on scheduled company holidays.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications
* Customer service experience, preferably in the service industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level position
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Zero-tolerance drug-free employer, including pre-employment and random screening
