Responsibilities
As an Experienced Centralized Production Technician - Data Entry Specialist (Remote), you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Accurate Data Entry: Enter patient profiles and medications with precision and speed, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Medication Order Entry: Enter medication orders for various facilities, following standard procedures and protocols to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Billing and Crediting: Ensure that all Third-Party claims are billed properly and that each facility is credited accurately and on time each month.
- Training and Support: Assist fellow technicians with training and daily functions, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
- New Home Setup and Implementation: Assist in setting up and implementing new homes across the region, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and staff.
- Orienting and Training New Employees: Welcome and train new employees, providing a comprehensive onboarding experience to ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Unbilled Reports: Work with the billing department to oversee the completion of individual unbilled reports, ensuring that all claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Daily Unbilled Reports: Assign daily unbilled reports, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion and minimizing delays.
- Data Entry Production: Maintain and demonstrate top-tier data entry production, meeting or exceeding performance metrics as determined by your Manager.
- Outside Services Management: Help manage outside services that impact customer service, such as INFINX and SDS, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Regulatory Training: Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Educational Requirements: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for an Associate's Degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy customer service technician, with a proven track record of top 5% data entry performance metrics.
- Vermont Employees: Registration with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician (if applicable).
