Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, utilizing consultative skills to understand each customer's individualized needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs.
• Take complex customer orders using order systems, providing accurate pricing information and ensuring that all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping, maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment.
• Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, and complete assigned tasks based on priority.
• Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions, including training and supporting new team members.
• Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), handle cash, and make change, ensuring confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least 6 months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in retail or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members.
• The ability to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods, and to move and lift 55 pounds.
• The ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees, and to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.
• The ability to work with minimal supervision, reporting regularly to work and maintaining established business hours to support the arenaflex business.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a customer service or sales role.
• Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines.
