Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services, and you will be expected to possess a team player attitude, promote a positive work environment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The program will run from January 13th, 2025, to April 15th, 2025, and we prefer candidates who can commit to working all 14 weeks of the program.

  • Commit to staying up-to-date on changes to the product and changes that occur within tax season
  • Step-in as needed, including answering questions from customers via chat

Essential Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • Basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts (preferable)
  • Experience providing support in a call center environment (preferable)
  • Comfortable using chat if necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle change well
  • Team player attitude and positive work environment promotion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a customer support specialist
  • Advanced knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications
