Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients, referrals, and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment
  • Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of information received from referrals to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Create orders and schedule patients to receive equipment as ordered by their doctors, ensuring timely and effective support
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall patient experience
  • Utilize software applications and technology to manage patient information, orders, and communications

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service experience, with retail and restaurant experience also considered
  • Ability to work 3-4 12-hour shifts, including nights (7 p.m.-7 a.m.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technology

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Experience working in a remote or call center environment, with familiarity with call center software and technology
  • Strong typing skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals from diverse backgrounds

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
