Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it with the utmost sensitivity and respect
- Proactively resolving issues on the first call, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Appropriately communicating with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 25 words per minute with accuracy and speed
- Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Strong logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial in this role:
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
