As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for accurately keying applications into our database, maintaining high levels of accuracy and speed, and providing exceptional support to our deposit room team. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Keying paper applications into our database with high accuracy and speed
- Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy standards
- Assisting the deposit room team with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing as needed
- Providing support with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
- Collaborating with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols at all times
Education and Work Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A college degree is preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
