Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with issues and concerns related to our healthcare products and services
  • Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
  • Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services

Responsibilities

* Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

  • Document all call-related information, including customer interactions and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including contact details and service history
  • Identify opportunities to upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach

Work Environment

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam, and you'll need to provide a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.

Physical Demands

This role requires constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity. You'll need to be comfortable working at a computer for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain your physical and mental well-being.
