As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to ensuring that every customer's expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their project.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their requests, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for adapting to fast-changing guidelines and maintaining a positive outlook on every call.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and maintaining a positive outlook on every call
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute is preferred
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Must be able to pass a background check
