Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that subscribers receive timely and effective support.
- Assisting subscribers with potential cases of identity theft, providing guidance on products and technical support, and ensuring accurate case creation and notation for restoration cases.
- Initiating Zendesk tickets for the IT department and maintaining strong knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Identifying next steps required for subscribers through active listening and problem-solving skills, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, effective communication, and teamwork, while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Local to Arizona with the ability to commute to the office regularly
- Minimum one year of call center experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability to work a scheduled shift consistently
- Strong formal oral and written communication skills
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Passion for providing great customer experience
- Highly adaptable and focused on self-development
- Ability to navigate multiple software applications
- High proficiency in typing skills and computer comprehension
