Job Summary:
Join arenaflex, a leading innovator in the auto insurance industry, as a remote customer service and sales representative. As a hybrid agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers seeking auto insurance quotes, gathering necessary information, and transferring them to our sales vendors for a quote. This is a full-time remote position, Monday through Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm EST, with a competitive hourly rate of $16.00.

Job Responsibilities:
As a customer service and sales representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers via inbound calls to gather information and address their needs
- Transferring customers to our sales vendors for a quote on auto insurance
- Being familiar with basic auto insurance points to answer customer questions accurately
- Using rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns
- Gathering and documenting client information with accuracy to ensure our vendors have the best information
- Answering customer questions accurately and providing excellent customer service
- Upselling products and services as required to meet sales metrics
Job Expectations:
To succeed in this role, you will be expected to:
- Have your own high-speed internet connection and be hardwired to a router
- Be able to start immediately
- Provide an excellent customer experience in all interactions
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and behavior requirements
- Pass a background check as part of the hiring process
