  • Meet and exceed arenaflex's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership, team organizations, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business results
  • Maintain high availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Update records and note systems as required to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Develop and manage customer relationships, serving as a trusted resource and providing expert guidance on property damage claims and insurance services
  • Handle inbound telephone calls from borrowers, contractors, and insurance adjusters regarding property damage claims, resolving customer inquiries and delivering timely solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and loyalty

Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field (Preferred)
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements
