Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Banking Specialist to join our customer support department, providing exceptional service to our customers and resolving technical issues related to online banking. Responsibilities

As an Online Banking Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to online banking products, including ATMs, debit and credit cards, and online bill-paying services.
  • Resolving technical issues related to online banking, helping customers set up and access electronic banking services, and ensuring seamless system performance.
  • Managing and maintaining electronic banking services, including online banking, mobile banking, ATMs, and telephone banking.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and expert advice to customers.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as corporate settings, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or call centers.
  • A friendly, outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to articulate solutions in a demanding environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous retail banking experience is highly preferred but not required.
  • Prior call center or high-volume phone environment experience is required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
