Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement payroll solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to clients' operations
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's payroll solutions, including features, benefits, and technical requirements
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client requirements and develop tailored implementation plans
• Work closely with clients to ensure successful implementation, providing training and support as needed
• Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing client impact
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in payroll and customer support

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, implementation, or a related field

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
• In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of payroll software, including implementation and configuration
• Certification in payroll or a related field (e.g., CPP, CPB)
• Experience working with diverse client groups, including small businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations
• Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French
