Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Supporting teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of inquiries
- Researching and resolving coverage questions, providing accurate and timely information to clients and stakeholders
- Responding promptly to client needs, either through phone or electronic communication, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files, processing routine correspondence between our agency and clients or companies, both paper records and digital files
- Cultivating new opportunities and offering additional lines of insurance through consultative selling, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive business growth
- Assisting with other office duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Professional and Personal Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a calculator, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software programs
- Quick and accurate typing skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity

Wages and Compensation
