Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology to communicate, train, and meet with colleagues. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing prompt and professional support

  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, addressing all aspects of their concerns
  • Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Help service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers
  • Work collaboratively with the remote team to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and service providers
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to track multiple issues at once
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
  • Proficient in using technology, including software applications and troubleshooting common computer issues
  • Self-managing and able to work with little to no supervision
  • Quality-focused, with a commitment to professionalism, efficiency, consistency, and honesty

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment, utilizing technology for communication and collaboration
