Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success & Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15 hours per week). As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of arenaflex. If you have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and personalized support

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer success initiatives
  • Provide training and support to clients on arenaflex products and services
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of successful sales and/or customer service experience with professional references

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Organizational skills and professionalism, including:

+ Responsiveness to clients and co-workers + Excellent time-management and organization + Excellent record-keeping and filing + Compliance with company procedures + Punctuality + Courtesy + Cultural awareness and respect for persons of various backgrounds + Discretion and confidentiality

  • Proficiency with GSuite and other productivity tools
  • Access to reliable phone and internet with video calling capabilities, and a computer device to support

Preferred Additional Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or currently working towards one

  • Experience in the education industry or a related field
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services

Work Environment and Company Culture

arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, with most work taking place online. However, there may be instances that require in-person meetings at our main office in Downtown Central Fremont.
