Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Essential Qualifications
