The Role

As a Junior Dental Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company that dental professionals know and trust. You'll work closely with our dental experts to ensure that our customers receive the support they need to get the most out of our software and solutions. Your tasks will range from helping doctors with submitting their data, resolving issues, and assisting them in planning cases in our software. You'll provide support primarily through phone and email, and cases can be independent or collaborative.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete department training requirements under direct supervision

  • Conduct surgical case planning with doctors
  • Provide product assistance via phone and email
  • Conduct product training with new customers
  • Follow up with surgical case progress
  • Build a professional working relationship with doctors
  • Provide clinical feedback from doctors to the production team
  • Train for and complete bone reduction cases with direct supervision
  • Successfully pass validation training
  • Handle complaints and resolve kickbacks
  • Receive 3rd party data
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Strong computer knowledge, easily able to pick up new software applications

  • Ability to learn clinical dental terms and medical concepts
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and organizational skills
  • High accountability and responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the medical or dental industry

  • Experience in radiology
  • Experience speaking to medical professionals on the phone
  • Flexibility and the ability to multitask

Minimum Education and Experience Required

* Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field

  • 0-1+ year of full-time work experience
