Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Lead at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Defining Engaging Customer Experiences: Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Identifying Areas of Opportunity: Conduct deep dives to identify areas of improvement within the customer experience and product design, and communicate findings to project teams.
  • Influencing Project Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure root causes and systemic issues are identified and addressed, driving systemic change and improvement.
  • Conducting Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer pain points, drive experiments to develop hypotheses, and propose successful solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Evaluating Dashboard Data: Analyze data reports to identify trends and insights related to customer behavior, and recommend actions to drive business outcomes.
  • Developing Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback from various listening posts, and weave together disparate data to tell a compelling story that inspires impactful business outcomes.
  • Staying Close to the Customer: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to bring unique differentiation to the business and customer experiences.
  • Partnering with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product developers, designers, operations, risk, marketing, and customer support teams to build innovative customer experiences.
  • Communicating Product Changes: Effectively communicate product changes and education to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless adoption and understanding.
  • Proactively Seeking Insight: Continuously seek insight on the Voice of the Customer and Employee, and use this feedback to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base Pay: $160,000 - $216,500 (Bay Area, CA), $150,000 - $202,500 (Southern California), or $148,500 - $201,000 (New York)
  • Cash Bonus: Eligible for a cash bonus, based on performance and individual contributions
  • Equity Rewards: Eligible for equity rewards, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off
